You may cast Goblin spells from the top of your library, and while that top card is a Goblin, Snoop gains all activated abilities of that card. This effect can let Snoop copy useful activated abilities or enable casting Goblin spells without drawing them, supporting Goblin-focused or top-deck interaction strategies.
