Description

Barrin, Tolarian Archmage (PM21-45p) is a legendary blue Human Wizard from the Core Set 2021 Promos. When Barrin enters the battlefield you may return up to one other target creature or planeswalker to its owner’s hand, and at your end step you draw a card if any permanent was returned to your hand from the battlefield that turn. Its role is tempo and card advantage, using a bounce effect to disrupt opponents while potentially replacing itself with a draw at end step.
