Description

Barrin, Tolarian Archmage (PM21-45p foil) is a legendary Human Wizard from the Core Set 2021 promo series. When Barrin enters the battlefield you may return up to one other target creature or planeswalker to its owner's hand, and at your end step you draw a card if a permanent was put into your hand from the battlefield that turn. The card functions as a control piece that can tempo bounce a threat on entry and reward you with card advantage if you recovered a permanent during the turn.
