Thought Distortion (M20-117, Uncommon) is a black sorcery from Core Set 2020. It can’t be countered and forces a target opponent to reveal their hand, with all noncreature, nonland cards in that hand and in that graveyard being exiled. As a high-cost disruption spell it functions as graveyard and hand hate, useful in strategies that aim to strip an opponent’s options and deny key noncreature spells.
