Kethis, the Hidden Hand (PM20-211p) is a legendary Elf Advisor from the Core Set 2020 promo series printed with a prerelease stamp. It reduces the cost of legendary spells you cast by {1} and can exile two legendary cards from your graveyard to let all legendary cards already in your graveyard be playable until end of turn. As a three-color commander-friendly card, it supports graveyard recursion strategies and reduces casting tax for other legendary spells in decks that can include it.
