As it enters you choose a creature type and it gives creatures you control of that type +1/+1; it also has a paid tap ability to look at the top three cards and reveal a creature card of the chosen type to put into your hand. It serves as tribal support by both boosting creatures of the chosen type and improving access to more creatures of that tribe.
