Chaos Wand (M19-228 foil) is an artifact from Core Set 2019 that can be activated for {4} and tapping. Its ability makes a target opponent exile cards from the top of their library until an instant or sorcery is exiled, and you may cast that exiled instant or sorcery without paying its mana cost while the ability resolves. The card is useful as a repeatable source of card advantage and disruption by letting you cast opponents' spells and bury the other exiled cards on the bottom of their library in random order.
