Phylactery Lich (PM19-113s foil) is a black creature card from the Core Set 2019 promos that is a Zombie with indestructible. As it enters the battlefield you put a phylactery counter on an artifact you control, and you must sacrifice the lich if you control no permanents with phylactery counters. Its design creates interaction with artifacts and other permanents that can share or remove those counters, making it a resilience-and-synergy piece in creature-based or artifact-focused black decks.
