Chaos Wand (PM19-228s, Foil) is a Rare artifact promo from the Core Set 2019 Promos. For {4} and tapping it, target opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until an instant or sorcery is exiled, and you may cast that exiled card without paying its mana cost. If you choose not to cast the exiled spell or cannot, the remaining exiled cards are returned to the bottom of that library in a random order and any spell cast this way must be cast as the ability resolves and without paying alternative costs.
