Unexpected Potential (CNS-12) is a Conspiracy card from Conspiracy that begins the game face down with Hidden agenda. While face up in the command zone it lets you spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast spells with the secretly chosen name. The card exists outside your deck and is used in Limited draft/Cube formats rather than as a normal constructible deck card.
