Split Decision (CNS 25) is a Conspiracy instant that uses the Will of the Council mechanic. It targets an instant or sorcery spell and has players vote to either counter the spell or copy it, with ties resulting in a copy and you controlling the copy. The outcome can change an opponent's play by nullifying it or by giving you a copy you may retarget, making it useful for disruption or value generation depending on multiplayer politics.
