Marchesa's Infiltrator (CNS-22) is a blue Human Rogue creature from the Conspiracy set. It has dethrone, which puts a +1/+1 counter on it when it attacks the player with the most life (or tied), and it lets you draw a card whenever it deals combat damage to a player. Its small base size and counter synergy make it a cheap evasive value engine for aggressive or control-leaning blue decks.
