Magister of Worth (CNS-48 foil) is a rare Angel creature from the Conspiracy set. It has flying and a Will of the Council triggered effect that makes players vote to either return all creature cards from graveyards to the battlefield or destroy all creatures except Magister of Worth. In multiplayer games its vote-driven effect can swing board states dramatically by either mass-reanimating creatures or clearing the board while preserving itself.
