Council's Judgment (CNS 16, foil) is a white sorcery from Conspiracy that uses the Will of the Council mechanic. When it resolves, each player in turn votes for a nonland permanent you don’t control and the permanent(s) with the most votes are exiled. The voting is simultaneous during resolution so players must cast responses before knowing the outcome and votes are cast in turn order.
