Backup Plan (CNS 2) is a rare Conspiracy from the Conspiracy set that begins the game face-up in the command zone. It instructs you to draw an additional seven-card hand at the start and then shuffle all but one of your hands back into your library before mulligans. The effect is cumulative with multiple copies and operates as a static/triggered ability while the conspiracy is face-up.
