It has an activated Monstrosity ability that puts three +1/+1 counters on it for {4}{G}{G} and, when it becomes monstrous, creates a token copy of itself that enters without counters and isn’t monstrous. The token can in turn be made monstrous to produce another token, enabling a potential multiplying threat engine.
