Selvala's Stampede (CN2-71) is a green sorcery from Conspiracy: Take the Crown that uses a council’s dilemma to have players vote for wild or free. For each wild vote you reveal cards from your library until you reveal that many creature cards and put them onto the battlefield, then shuffle the rest into your library; for each free vote you may put a permanent card from your hand onto the battlefield. The revealed creatures enter simultaneously and any triggered abilities from those permanents are placed on the stack after the spell finishes resolving, with voting done in turn order and no information revealed before voting.
