Regicide (CN2-45) is a black instant. When you draft it you reveal the card and three players pick three different colors, and it can destroy a creature that is one or more of those chosen colors. If you didn't draft a Regicide, copies or effects that let you cast one won't be able to choose or apply the draft-chosen colors, which can prevent it from resolving against a legal target.
