Expropriate (CN2-30 foil) is a mythic rare sorcery from Conspiracy: Take the Crown that uses a Council's dilemma mechanic. When it resolves, each player in turn votes for time or money; each time vote gives an extra turn to the caster and each money vote lets the voter choose a permanent they own for the caster to gain control of, then Expropriate is exiled. The spell's simultaneous vote resolution and turn-order voting interaction makes it a high-impact, politically charged card in multiplayer formats.
