Capital Punishment (CN2-40, Foil) is a black sorcery from Conspiracy: Take the Crown that uses a council’s dilemma voting mechanic. Players each vote for Death or Taxes, with each Death vote forcing opponents to sacrifice creatures and each Taxes vote forcing opponents to discard cards, votes tally cumulatively and effects resolve in order. It serves as a mass-removal and hand disruption tool that scales with the number of votes cast and player count.
