Sylvan Library (CM1-17 foil) is a green enchantment from Commander’s Arsenal that offers additional card selection during your draw step. Its triggered ability lets you draw two extra cards at the beginning of your draw step and then for each of two cards drawn this way you must either pay 4 life or place the card on top of your library. This card is commonly used for card advantage and selection in Commander decks that can tolerate the life cost tradeoff.
