Twilight Prophet (CMM-524, Etched Foil) is a Creature — Vampire Cleric from the Commander Masters set. It has flying and Ascend, and if you have the city's blessing it triggers at the beginning of your upkeep to reveal the top card, put it into your hand, and cause each opponent to lose life equal to that card's mana value while you gain that much life. It plays as a midrange/multiplayer value piece that rewards assembling ten permanents for repeatable card draw and incremental life-swing effects.
