Tromokratis (CMM-129 foil) is a Legendary Creature — Kraken from the Commander Masters set. It has hexproof except while attacking or blocking and also has a mandatory all-or-nothing blocking restriction that prevents it from being blocked unless every creature the defending player controls blocks it. Its combination of evasive hexproof and the unique blocking rule makes it a strong, hard-to-block finisher in blue decks that can leverage high power and late-game mana.
