The Chain Veil (CMM-943) is a legendary artifact from the Commander Masters set. It has a triggered upkeep-related loss condition if you don’t activate a planeswalker loyalty ability that turn and an activated ability ({4}, {T}) that lets you activate one loyalty ability of each planeswalker you control as though they had not been activated that turn. The artifact enables repeated use of planeswalker loyalty abilities in a turn, including on planeswalkers that enter the battlefield after it resolves, changing how many times those abilities can be used.
