When cast you create X 1/1 red Elemental tokens with haste and each opponent may also create X such tokens; for each opponent who does, you create an additional X tokens. The card scales with X to produce a large number of hasty attackers and interacts politically in multiplayer games by letting opponents accept or decline the offer.
