Description

Teferi, Temporal Archmage (CMM 125, foil) is a legendary blue planeswalker reprinted in Commander Masters. Its +1 lets you scry two and keep one, its −1 untaps up to four permanents, and its −10 grants an emblem allowing planeswalker loyalty abilities to be activated at instant speed on any player’s turn.
