Sevinne's Reclamation (CMM-55 foil) is a white sorcery from Commander Masters that returns a target permanent card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. If you cast it from your graveyard (via its Flashback {4}{W}), you may copy it and choose a new target for the copy. The spell's flashback causes it to be exiled after being cast from the graveyard, and the copy is created on the stack rather than being cast.
