Scytheclaw (CMM 408) is an Artifact — Equipment from the Commander Masters set that has living weapon, creating a 0/0 Phyrexian Germ and attaching to it when it enters. The equipped creature gets +1/+1 and whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, that player loses half their life rounded up. With Equip 3, the Equipment can be moved to other creatures, and if the initial Germ dies the equipment remains on the battlefield.
