When it enters the battlefield you become the monarch and it exiles target creature an opponent controls until an opponent becomes the monarch. Its exile effect is conditional and watches for any opponent becoming the monarch to return the exiled card, which makes it useful for disrupting an opponent's board while pursuing the monarch advantage.
