Narset of the Ancient Way (CMM-930) is a legendary planeswalker card from Commander Masters that belongs to the Jeskai colors (blue, red, white). Her +1 grants life and produces one mana of those colors usable only to cast noncreature spells, her −2 draws then lets you discard to potentially deal damage based on the discarded card's mana value, and her −6 gives an emblem that pings any target for 2 whenever you cast a noncreature spell. The card supports spell-heavy strategies by generating restricted mana, card selection and repeatable damage triggers to control the board or finish opponents.
