It creates a 2/2 green Cat token whenever you draw your second card each turn and has an activated ability that sets all your creatures’ base power and toughness to X/X until end of turn, where X equals cards in your hand. The ability overwrites other effects that set power/toughness while it lasts and X is locked in when the ability resolves.
