Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may either goad a creature that player controls or exile the top card of that player's library and cast it this turn using any color of mana. Its effect supports aggressive combat strategies and can both disrupt opponents' boards and provide additional card advantage or tempo by casting exiled spells.
