Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder (CMM-511 etched foil) is a Legendary Creature — Human Wizard from Commander Masters. Whenever you cast a creature spell you create X 1/1 black Thrull tokens equal to that spell's mana value. It has a built-in drawback that forces you to sacrifice Endrek Sahr when you control seven or more Thrulls, creating a risk-reward token engine.
