His +2 lets you discard up to two cards then draw that many, providing card filtering and potential sacrifice fodder. His −2 sacrifices an artifact to reanimate an artifact card from your graveyard, and his −10 gives an emblem that repeatedly returns artifacts that die to the battlefield at the next end step.
