He passively buffs your planeswalker count by adding loyalty to another planeswalker at your end step and can make 1/1 red Wizard tokens that produce restricted red mana for casting planeswalkers. His minus ability scales with the number of planeswalkers you control to draw cards and deal damage to each opponent.
