It gives all Nightmares +1/+1 and can pay {B}{B}{B} and 3 life to reanimate a creature card from a graveyard as a black Nightmare under your control. When it leaves the battlefield, any Nightmares it created are exiled, which limits persistent value from the reanimated creatures.
