It has menace and grants menace to your other enchantment creatures while allowing you to exile a non-Aura enchantment from your graveyard to create a 3/3 black Zombie token copy of that card when it enters or attacks. The token copies relevant printed abilities of the exiled card but is black, a Zombie, and a 3/3 per the card's rulings.
