The Monarch (CMR T14 foil) is a foil marker card from Commander Legends that represents the monarch role introduced by the Conspiracy-era mechanic. It records the rule that the monarch draws a card at the beginning of their end step and that dealing combat damage to a player transfers monarch status to the attacker’s controller. As a game accessory, it is used to track which player currently holds the monarch during multiplayer games.
