Szat's Will (CMR 655) is a black instant from the Commander Legends set. It lets you choose one of two modes—force each opponent to sacrifice a creature with the greatest power they control, or exile all opponents' graveyards and create X 0/1 black Thrull tokens where X equals the greatest power among creature cards exiled this way—and if you control any commander as you cast it you may choose both. Choosing both executes the sacrifice mode first, which can move creature cards into graveyards before the exile-and-token mode checks those graveyards for power values.
