Shimmer Myr (CMR-339) is an artifact creature Myr from Commander Legends that costs {3} and is printed at uncommon rarity. It has Flash and grants you permission to cast artifact spells as though they had flash, enabling reactive plays and surprise deployment of artifacts. Its rulings clarify that removing Shimmer Myr after a spell is announced doesn't retroactively make that casting illegal and that it doesn't affect artifact lands because they aren't cast as spells.
