It has lifelink and an end step triggered ability that, if you gained life that turn, lets you distribute up to that much in +1/+1 counters among any number of other target creatures, with each chosen creature receiving at least one counter. As a commander-support piece, it rewards life-gain strategies by converting life gained into board-wide growth for your other creatures.
