Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery, you flip a coin to either copy that spell (you may pick new targets) if you win or return it to its owner's hand if you lose, creating high-variance spell outcomes. It also has Partner, allowing it to be one of two commanders and enabling red-centric spell-copying strategies in multiplayer Commander decks.
