Kamahl's Will (CMR-238) is a rare green instant from the Commander Legends set. It offers two modes (or both if you controlled a commander when casting): turn any number of your lands into 1/1 indestructible, vigilant, haste Elemental creatures until end of turn, or have each creature you control deal damage equal to its power to a target creature you don't control. Choosing both lets the newly animated lands immediately participate in dealing damage to the chosen creature, enabling surprise removal or lethal combat tricks.
