Horizon Stone (CMR 315, Rare) is an artifact from Commander Legends that changes how unspent mana is handled. While you control it, unspent mana that would be lost instead becomes colorless and can be held across steps, phases, and turns. It functions as a mana-retention engine for decks that want to store and later spend mana, including interactions where retained mana keeps any original restrictions.
