Forceful Denial (CMR-69, Foil) is a blue instant from Commander Legends that combines a counterspell with the Cascade keyword. When you cast it you counter target spell and its cascade trigger exiles cards until you may cast a cheaper nonland card without paying its mana cost. Its role in decks is both disruption and card advantage, often turning a counter into an immediate extra threat or answer.
