Explorer's Scope (CMR-461) is an Artifact — Equipment from the Commander Legends set. Whenever the equipped creature attacks you may look at the top card of your library and put that card onto the battlefield tapped if it is a land, enabling incremental ramp when attacking. Its Equip {1} cost makes it cheap to attach to small creatures and useful in aggressive or tempo-focused decks that want additional land drops.
