Description

Breeches, Brazen Plunderer (CMR 571, Etched Foil) is a legendary Goblin Pirate creature from Commander Legends. It has menace and a triggered ability that exiles the top card of each opponent you damage with Pirates and lets you play those cards this turn, using mana of any color to cast them. It also has Partner, allowing it to be chosen as one of two commanders in formats that permit partners.
