Blasphemous Act (CMR 162) is a red sorcery from Commander Legends that deals a flat 13 damage to each creature. Its casting cost is reduced by {1} for each creature on the battlefield, but cannot be reduced below {R}. This makes it a powerful boardwipe that becomes much cheaper in creature-heavy states and is commonly used to clear wide creature boards.
