Bell Borca, Spectral Sergeant (CMR-271) is a legendary Spirit Soldier creature from Commander Legends. Its power becomes equal to the largest mana value of cards exiled for it during the turn, and at your upkeep you exile the top card of your library and may play that card this turn. This creates a variable threat/timings role that can fuel both spellcasting and board presence while obeying normal timing and cost rules for the exiled cards.
