Description

Bell Borca, Spectral Sergeant (CMR 271) is a legendary creature card from Commander Legends that’s a red-white Spirit Soldier. Its power becomes equal to the highest mana value of any card noted for it that turn, and at the beginning of your upkeep you exile the top card of your library and may play that card that turn. The card notes mana values only while it’s on the battlefield, and exiled cards remain exiled if you don’t play them, following normal timing and cost rules.
